Post Surgery Fund

Hi everyone. As many of you know I have a big surgery coming up the second week of April to help take care of these Porphyria flares. I will be out of work at least a month and will have to cover my company’s portion of my medical insurance; in addition to all of my regular bills, medical bills, prescriptions, etc. I don’t have enough PTO to cover my waiting period due to being sick so often and my Short Term Disability only pays 60% of what I would normally make. As many of you also know I barely scrape by as it is so these added expenses in addition to such a decrease in income will be extremely difficult.
