Abby's Army
Donation protected
In early 2019, we were devastated to learn that our spunky and creative, 8 year old niece, Abby, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma.
It’s been a roller coaster ride since that day–– we are all grappling with the immensity of her illness. Abby, her mother, father, and three sisters, have been handling her diagnosis and initial treatments with utmost grace and humor, from managing the dramatic changes to their day-to-day schedule to building blanket forts in Abby's hospital bed.

The traumatic experiences that come along with undergoing Chemotherapy and being unable to walk without assistance are greeted with the frankness of a child with comments such as "I'm shedding like a dog" and "It's been a long time since I've stepped in anything."
We feel blessed to be within Abby's wide circle of loving care. Many of her friends, family, neighbors, and broader community have reached out, curious about how they can support her.

Abby and her family have a long road ahead! While her mother, Janell, has had to stop working, there will be a range of medical, childcare, and other expenses over the coming months. We are asking for your help to cover these costs to help ease the burden on her family while Abby charges forward in her battle to kick cancer's butt!
Though we will never be able to repay you for kindness; every prayer, every dollar donated, and every gesture of support is greatly appreciated.
With love and gratitude,
The Stouch, Leavitt, and Collins Families
