Help Debbie

On Thursday, July 25th, the unimaginable happened. Debbie, our mother, beloved sister to Donna, childhood sweetheart of Ross and the mother of four beautiful children, was discovered lying on her bedroom floor. Debbie was unable to move due to a stroke. Debbie was having a bad reaction due to the latest round of chemo therapy due to ovarian Cancer. The nausea may have caused her not to eat and being diabetic may have caused the stroke. What ever caused this accident, we are going to try and get Debbie the best treatment we can find. This has to do with the latest in stem cell treatment. Right now Debbie is in Victoria General and is paralyzed on her left side.
Debbie has a rough road ahead. But if anyone knows this woman she is an incredible fighter. She loves her family and friends with such compassion.We have no doubt she will give the biggest fight of her life.
Debbie is a woman who lives her life with integrity, humility, courageousness, perseverance, and most of all, with the utmost generosity and compassion. She never complains and has endured years of cancer treatment and keeps beating the odds. She has an incredible love for life. Animals gravitate towards Debbie. They just know a kind soul when they feel one and Debbie is a beautiful kind soul.
We are asking for compassion and generosity in this difficult time. A simple share or a prayer goes a long way and it truly means so much to us. This GoFundMe is put in place to help cover any medical costs Debbie will incur due to all her medical needs (hospital or rehab bills, medication, a wheelchair and creating an accessible and comfortable environment at home), and of course to try to provide the latest treatment available.
This is very hard for us to to ask. We are not asking for ourselves but for Debbie. Any amount that comes from your heart, even the smallest of donations, will be appreciated more than you know. I know the love and support from our family and friends will help us make it through.
