Mohamed's Fire Relief

My name is Michael Gerstenmaier and I am a third grade classroom teacher at the IAA. On Friday, April 8th a house fire tore through the home of one of my students. Although no one was injured the home, and everything in it, was destroyed. In total 13 residents were displaced. 
All donated funds will be used to help the Mohamed family transition into a new home, and purchuse clothing, bedding, cookware, and other necessities. I will withdraw and deposit all funds into my bank account and then transfer the money to Sharrif Hassan the father of the family in the form of a written check. Sharrif can then deposit the check into his bank account to use the funds at his familys discretion.  
Please donate as soon as possible and spread the word so that as a community we can begin to help this family rebuild. 
I will directly deposit any accured funds into my bank account where I will then give a check to the family.
