Erin Bosch Legacy Fund

The Duquesne University Physician Assistant class of 2006 has come together and set up a scholarship in honor of our dear friend, classmate, and colleague Erin Bosch Fallon. After a long battle with a heart condition, Erin passed on January 17th, 2018 secondary to complications of a failed heart transplant at the very hospital she worked at and cared for patients with similar conditions.
Erin was selfless, kind, generous person with an infectious laugh who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was passionate about heart health and organ donation too. Our hope for this campaign is to continue Erin’s legacy. To enable future Physician Assistants the ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat heart conditions with the donation of a stethoscope for each student at her programs alma mater.
Erin was a champion. We can only hope to be a fraction of the beautiful person we lost much too soon.
