Family of 5 in Need

For anyone who frequents the ISEB masjid, you will probably know this brother, but probably don't know that he is suffering from a sudden illness the doctors are still trying to diagnose. This big, strong brother is now unable to walk.

Ma sha Allah, this brother is always there whenever anyone needs help, but now after being self-employed for the past 10 years and supporting his wife and children, he has been suddenly stricken with this debilitating medical condition. Just recently he and his wife were blessed with another baby, al-Hamdulillah!  Of course, just caring for a new infant is challenging enough, but now his wife has to care for him too.

My wife and his wife are close and I can tell you, this family is very conscientious about following the Deen. We've known them for over 10 years and can attest to the fact that they are hard working and too shy to ask for help. Please, help this family,

First, buy asking Allah (swt) in your Du'a to bless this humble brother with Shifa, and

Second, by giving whatever you can spare so that they can make their rent payments on time and have enough food to eat until he regains his health to the point where he can walk again and provide for his family, insha Allah. Their savings are now depleted since he has been unable to work.  Keep in mind that self-employed people also have much higher medical costs compared to others who have employer subsidized health care plans.
