Can YOU help Amy?

Hi, My name is Patty Stanley-Meade. I am raising funds for a dear friend in need. Amy Stokes is the sole support for her and 2 daughters. She just had a major back surgery with rods and screws in her lower back and could be off work for weeks. She also needs knee surgery but it has to wait. . She is going through a divorce and she is the sole bread winner. She gets no support of any kind.

She is a nurse and that is what has injured her. She can no longer do bedside nursing. Being unable to work for months she exhausted her savings and retirement. After months of searching she was able to find a non bed side job at a fraction of her previous salary. She currently has a desk job at a skilled nursing facility. It also has very expensive benefits (health insurance) and very limited paid time off.

Her hospital co-pay is $ 3000. In this recovery period she still has to pay food, mortgage, insurance, utilities, gas and child needs.. Then add inflation.

She is a compassionate person that would do what she could to help anyone. She didn't ask me to do this. I volunteered.
