Aid for Ukraine

Hello,

 

My name name is Nazar Senechyn. I am a Ukrainian living in Sheffield, UK.

 

A whole month has passed since russia launched a full-scale attack on Ukraine. People are being killed, cities are being destroyed, and millions of people are now displaced all over Europe.

 

Me, my dad and our family friend drove a van full of aid the Ukrainian border two weeks ago. We are looking to make the trip again, but we need your help to raise funds to cover the cost of the trip to the border.

 

We are looking to cover some of the cost of the trip, van hire, tickets to cross the English Channel and fuel and toll roads. We have worked out that we need approximately £2500.

 

The van hire with the additional insurance for Europe will be approximately £900 for 4 days.

Eurotunnel tickets aproximitely £600

Fuel is very expensive at the moment and more so across European motoways, our first trip cost us almost £1000 for a return trip, this will now be much higher.

 

We are also looking to raise fund for walkie-talkies, night vision scopes and thermal imaging camera.

 

The the aid we will be taking to the boarder will be handed over to our volunteers who will be waiting for us at the boarder. The donations will be delivered to a army hospital in Lviv and also destributed across Ukraine to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mariupol and other area of Ukraine.
