Swifties For Refugees

Long before she was one of the world's leading artists, Taylor's catchphrase was 'Love, Love, Love'...     and I believe Swifties are a force to be reckon with, when we put our minds – and Taylor's philosophy of love and generosity – into action for a cause!  With your help, I would love to raise some money on behalf of our massive Taylor Swift fan community for a charity who are on the ground, at grassroots level, with no big CEO's to pay, attempting to make real change.  

As a thank you, I will be entering all donations over £10/$10 into A SIGNED 'FOLKLORE' CD & REP VIP BOX and MERCHANDISE PRIZE Draw, run by me!    (The charity nor Taylor Swift have ANY affiliation with the draw).

Why are we donating?

Refugees have been fleeing war from many nations in the Arab peninsular and elsewhere; this takes them on a perilous journey across lands and oceans, often at risk of injury, death of human trafficking as a result – but imagine how desperate they have to be to make that journey despite such risks?  

This month, refugees camps in Greece originally only built to house 4,000 but that were housing some 13,000, have been burned to the ground.  The fires have destroyed these already desperate people's last remaining possessions... and left them, men, women and children, even more vulnerable, to the elements, hate crime and COVID-19. It has been breaking my heart seeing the footage of them now even worse off than before... and I felt that there are so many Swifties, we should at least try to help them...    After all, it's what Taylor would do (and probably does do, in her own way). 


What you will be supporting:

HELP REFUGEES LIMITED - aka "CHOOSE LOVE" - 
No highly-paid executives. No big fundraising budgets. They are the founders of the 'Choose Love' campaign – Choose Love products have been seen on famous faces far and wide... and support local businesses and projects in European countries were Refugees land, with 120 projects on the go.  Choose Love accept volunteers in Europe and also accept donations of goods, should you also want to help further, including sleeping bags, tampons and nappies, but mostly, currently, PPE: https://helprefugees.org/get-involved/

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. I can't bare the footage of these poor people, now even without a camp to sleep in.  

Swifties have done so much for each other; I have seen it.  Now, I would love it if we could give back to those we do not know, if we can: just as Taylor would.
