Sweet Victory is a song written and performed by David Glen Eisley and Bob Kulick. It was included in the SpongeBob show in 2001 and the SpongeBob "Yellow Album" Since it's airing the song has taken on a life of it's own and has become an anthem and coveted. It has been performed in many arrangements by High School orchestra competitions to many youtube videos, parody's and lyric videos as well as the many SpongeBob interpretation videos.
This GoFundme campaign is to raise money to do a proper, real, professional, music video with the originators of this song.
There was speculation that Sweet Victory was to be performed or played during the Superbowl 2019 in honor of SpongeBob's creator Stephen Hillenburg (who passed away in November of 2018) but the Superbowl presentation as far as fans are concerned, fell short on delivering. The creators and performers of this song want to bring to the fans a dynamic and over the top music video to celebrate the success of Sweet Victory and share it with the world...
With that said the reality is that there is no record company behind this song in a distribution or promotion sense we thought we would bring it to the fans of the song to generate funding for the music video.
This campaign is official and both Writers of the song David Glen Eisley and Bob Kulick are on this GoFundme team!!
