Sweet Ollies broken femur

Olliver was ran over by an Amazon truck (that kept on going ) when his leash broke today. Ollie is an emotional support animal and the sweetest boy. He's 8 months old now and with his femur broke they want 4 to 6 thousand dollars for the surgery it requires. Im unable to afford the bill. He's the sweetest animal and I just need some help. Please help me keep my dog alive.
