SWE Women's Conference (WE22)

Hello!

We are the Society of Women Engineers at UTSA, a student-led, non-profit organization with the mission to empower and support women in achieving their full potential as engineers and technicians in a male dominated field; while building leadership and enhancing skill sets that positively impact our members' futures and careers.

We are fundraising to help get as many of our members to our National Women in Engineering and Technology conference (WE22) in Houston, TX this October. We plan to use our funds to assist with travel and housing expenses so that our members may be able to the enjoy the conference stress free. At WE22 we plan to learn about how to empower women in STEM, grow professionally, and connect with our community so that we may shine in our/their future careers and increase diversity in the engineering field.
