My name is Brodie, I am 3 months old. I was born addicted to herion and was placed in protective custody. I have a 3 year old sister who lives with my maternal grandmother, who is trying to raise us togehter. They live in Michigan while I am in state custody in Georgia. My grandmother is trying to get me to Michigan, to be raised with my sister who has been waiting months for me to come. My grandmother was just informed she will need an attorney to fight for me. She has very limited funds and this would requier her obtaining an attorney in Georgia, Which she did Attorney Grace C Pippen. Please help fight for me by donating to the attorney fund. So I am not placed up for adoption. We only have days to file the petition. Although I am only 3 months old I need to be surrounded by family who will love me and care for me from the beginning instead of in foster care. If any other grandpartents have gone through this they know the love that would be felt for me, and the frustration my grandmother is facing. Please donate any amount to help the attorney fee. I am devasted that lack of funds for attorney fees can be the hold up of keeping my grandson in fostercare, and or placed up for adoption. And please share my story with others, because there are alot of familes that lost there grandchilder do to a drug additced baby and even lost their childs life.
