my cocker spaniel

My dog has a severe ear infection in both ears ive been cleaning them for over year now and they haven't gotten better and her vet said the only way for her to get 100% better is if she gets surgery. My family doesn't have enough money to fund for her surgery so this is my last hope.  Anything will help, thank you !
