Susie Emergency Vet Bill

3 yr. old little Susie was rescued from a situation along with 16 other dachshunds.  Texas Tail Waggle Dachshund Rescue took 4 while another great rescue took the rest. 2 were found to be pregnant during thier spays but Susie & Molly were already pretty far along. We were hoping for a safe healthy delivery but it was not to be & momma was what was most important. On 9/15, after delivering one dead pup we knew Susie was in trouble & rushed her into the weekend emergency clinic. The xrays showed the 3 remaining pups has abnormally large heads but they felt like she could still deliver & tried a couple of shots of oxytocin which still resulted in an emergency c-section. The rest of the pups did not survive & were all water babies. Susies bloodwork was off the charts, her overies were sitting on her bladder, she was hemmoraging & her BP and HR dropped so low the vet didn't know if she would survive the night. But this little now 6 pound girl is a fighter! She is back home now resting & will return to the regular vet for further followup & testing.
After all is okay and she is healthy enough she will then begin heartworm treatments so she can enjoy life in a future loving home to be treated like the princess she is. 
We normally don't like to ask for help but sometimes we have no other choice for the dog's sake. Our emergency vet credit card took a big hit so I am hoping to get this amount paid down in case we run into the same problem with pregnant Molly Brown (unsure when she is due but vet feels in a couple more weeks & she has been pretty much dragged down also.

 All vet records are available & can be verified through Animal Emergency Clinic of Conroe & Conroe Vet Clinic. The ER did not accept call in's so we had to max out our emergency card since they required the amount upfront before doing anything.

Any donation amount is very much appreciated in helping Susies bill so we can be prepared for Molly next. Neither asked for this and only deserve the best life from now on.
