Survive Winter AND Keep My Home

As many of you know, I have struggled to maintain ownership of my property in St. Louis.  When I purchased it in 2001, 10 days after the towers went down, I have experienced set back after set back, including loss of a business partner, economic downfalls, the property bust, a contractor who didn't finish the job, not to mention a nearly life ending accident in 2006.  Despite all this, I was able to keep the house, but barely move forward.  3 years ago, I made arrangements to finish the house and finally sell it so I can move on with my life.  If things had gone the way they were supposed to have gone, I should have had the house completed enough to make a little money off the sale over a year ago to put toward improvements on Violet and The Radio Flyer.  Unfortunately, that also did not happen.  At this point in time, I am simply trying to survive the winter without loosing my house.  I hate asking for help, but I have no where else to turn for the kind of help I need.  I have many good friends and if everyone donated just a little, I am confident I can hit my goal and finally be free of this building without defaulting on my mortgage.  I have worked hard to keep this house and it would absolutely kill me after all this time and sacrifice to fail and loose all my hard work, sacrifice and struggling.  Please help if you can!
