James' Medical Fund

After serving our country for many years, I decided to get out and go to school.  After school I was successful at working, and most recently, I’ve developed two large masses in my sinuses (One on each side of my nose, around my jaw bone).  We are hoping they aren’t cancerous and/or contributing to my seizures.  I have insurance to get a surgery done to remove the masses and fix a deviated septum that is causing sleep issues.  I’m constantly in pain from the excess pressure and need this surgery as soon as possible.  I’m currently on temporary disability, yet I have insurance provided through my work, which I want to get back to asap!!!  However they won’t perform the surgery without meeting my deductible of $5000.  I need to be able to pay for a portion of the surgery up front which is about $2050, then another $1600 that will be billed.  $3600 total out-of-pocket, as well as for the surgery center ($50), anesthesiology, with an unknown cost, medication after the surgery, and recoup lost wages from missing work during the recovery time.  Being on short term disability I’m only getting about 60% of my normal wages, which goes directly to supporting my awesome wife and kids.  Saving up on temporary disability is proving to be very difficult, and I don’t have time to spare to get the funds for the surgery I need.  Scans showed that after only 1 month, the masses grew about 20% and that was almost a month ago.   Anything can help at this point.  If you can help out financially, then great!!!  I’m also asking for prayers as my family goes through this.  I know God will provide and guide us through this time.  Thank you in-advance for reading this.  The fact that you read this means a lot to my family and I.  I wouldn’t normally ask for help, but I want to be able to get healthy as soon as possible.
