Surgery for Poor Sparkles

Hi everyone. In the video above is Sparkles: a kitten that's just about 6-7 weeks old, full of life and love and is just the most adorable kitten out there. I'm an Amazon delivery driver that loves feeding pets on my daily routes. One house had a cat and the owner asked me if I wanted a kitten for myself cause I always came to say hi to hers (even on days I didn't have to make a delivery to the house) and I said yes to the offer. She got me Sparkles and it's been about 3 weeks I've had him but within the first couple days I had him, I noticed he was ALWAYS throwing up his food so I took him to the vet and I was told (after doing an x-ray on him) that he has esophageal stricture a medical condition where the esophagus narrows and only allows little to no food into the stomach). The vet said surgery is needed to correct this condition and the price can go as high as $12,000 for the surgery. I'm humbly asking for your help to save Sparkles and help him through this. Anything is most appreciated.
