Surgery for Lexi - Severe Animal Abuse

My name is Samantha Wolff and I am looking to raise money for vet bills and surgery for my beautiful Yorkiepoo, Lexi.
A tragic, traumatic event occurred on March 7, 2019, when I learnt an ex-boyfriend had been unlawfully entering my home to abuse my dog.
My family and I returned home from my Grandmother’s funeral, to find Lexi suffering, bloody, and broken. An already difficult day to be made much worse.
I was dating the perpetrator at the time, whom decided to leave my Grandmother's funeral early and not accompany me and my family to the cemetery. We suspect this is when he entered my home to hurt my dog.
Lexi was taken to the vet, and was confirmed to have at least five broken ribs (several more that had healed in the past), a missing tooth, a partially broken tooth, other loose teeth, and blindness as a result of force.
She is permanently traumatized by somebody I trusted, and allowed to enter my home.
Lexi and my family are permanently affected by this disgusting event.
We are waiting on a conviction for the perpetrator, at this time he has been charged.
We are looking to raise money for the large amount of money already spent on veterinarian bills, including x-rays and medication. In addition, the roughly $1800.00 estimate for required dental surgery, and most importantly $7000.00 for potential eye surgery for Lexi so she will be able to see again.
Lexi will be turning 11 years old this October, and my family and I would love nothing more than to give her the best life possible for her remaining years.
Lexi has always been so happy, friendly, loving, and playful, which has been crushed by this horrific act of violence.
Please we ask, if at all possible you can contribute to raising money for Lexi’s upcoming surgery and ongoing vet bills.
Lexi is our baby and we would love nothing more than to do everything possible for her.
