Surgery for Jaspers ear removal

I am in desperate need of help for my pitbull that I adopted almost a year ago. He got attacked by another dog 4 days ago and his ear got worse and is needing surgery now. He is on medication but ear needs to be removed. I don't have the money for the procedure and I am needing help because its very very serious. I am posting some pictures of where he is getting treatments for pain and his injections. please if anyone can help with any donation for his surgery please hes a really sweet dog who was in the shelter for a whole year till I adopted him a year ago. I wasnt ready for this and I dont have the funds as my hours got cut down and I don't have what they are asking for and he is an urgent need.
