Please help the Small Family.
Ron and Karen Small's oldest son, 20 year old Miles, was hospitalized on Tuesday, October 24th with a traumatic brain injury. Miles had been in the ICU in a coma for 6 days. Sadly, on Monday, October 30th, Miles passed away.
We are asking for funds to support the Small family to help pay for their overwhelming costs.
The Smalls have been devastated by this tragedy. Upon hearing of Miles' accident neighbors, friends, coworkers, and the community immediately reached out, visited at the hospital and offered support. The Smalls are a wonderful, caring and supportive family and the outpouring of love they have received is a testament to their love and generosity and caring for others.
Miles was a very polite young man, wonderful son, supportive brother, friend to many, and a caring member of the community. He was a 2016 graduate of Oswego East High School in Oswego, IL. Miles was attending Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, IL and had planned on transfering to North Central College in Naperville, IL in the fall of 2018. One of Miles' future goals was to be a high school or college football coach. For two years Miles had been a member of the Oswego East High School football coaching staff as assistant coach of the Sophomore football team.
The Smalls have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support they have received from family, friends and even strangers. They would like to thank everyone for the prayers, kind thoughts, cards, and meals. Please continue to pray for the Small family, Ron, Karen, Sean and Kyle as they try to come to terms with this unexpected loss.
