Holly Quarles is a spirited, funny, cheerful optimist. And now she has a brain tumor.
Luckily, her spirited, funny, cheerful, optimistic self is a fierce force to be reckoned with (too bad for you, brain tumor). Her husband Stephan, a graduate student here in Berkeley, and baby Maxwell have her back.
And now we can, too.
While the Quarles family navigates the next few months of second opinions, brain surgery and recovery, we would like to support them as best we can. They will need resources to cover medical expenses, childcare, groceries, a used car and, of course, Maxwell's first holiday season.
Holly, Stephan and Maxwell appreciate your prayers, wishes, thoughts and love. And they are also very appreciative of anything you can share to make these next few months financially doable.
