Help for teenagers in a mental health crisis

Hello, I'm Melanie, a certified therapist specialising in trauma. I have qualified in a number of therapies and have a huge toolbox of ways to help people change their lives. In recent years, I've witnessed a troubling rise in teenagers struggling with depression who just can't cope with life as it is now. I am passionate about helping as many as possible to find themselves again and their purpose in life. Many say to me "I don't want to die, I just can't continue living like this anymore." It's heart-breaking.

In response, I've joined forces with a dedicated group of like-minded individuals to establish a non-profit organisation called Teen Lives Matter CIC Limited. Our goal is to provide crucial support to teenagers facing crisis.

The 12-Week Program:

We've developed a comprehensive 12-week program designed to guide them away from danger and towards a brighter, more fulfilling future. This program encompasses personalised one-on-one therapy, empowering group sessions, and essential life lessons focused on training young minds.
