My friend David (cancer journey)

This is my good friend David who is a loving husband and a father to two beautiful boys. Davids wife Mairead is pregnant and due in a few weeks with their 3rd child. What should be the happiest of times for them has turned into one of the most difficult they've ever had to face as Dave who is 37 was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer. David received welcome news that after numerous tests that the cancer cells had not travelled to other organs and that intensive chemotherapy coupled with having his stomach removed would offer his best chance. David is self employed and unable to work at this present time. The last few weeks have been emotionally, physically and financially tough. We would appreciate any support to help them financially with household bills and hospital expenses, give them one less worry to help get them through this very difficult time.
