Supporting Ms. Elle Refurbish House

Goal Raised -- In light of the costs involved, some of you suggested that I reach out to the larger Diener Community. So I am reaching out to our Alumni and Board members.
Dear friends,
As you may all know by now, Ms. Elle’s is going through a very rough time.
While she was in Florida visiting her family last week, a pipe burst inside her house due to the freezing weather. The water ran for over 24 hours and she basically lost everything. Her house is not safe – the structure has crumbled under water. Her first floor belongings are all water drenched. She has no access to the house due to safety concerns.
Her and her husband (Matt) are currently staying with her mother in Rockville. He dogs are in doggie daycare – not knowing how long it will take to have a house back. So the situation is devastating on all accounts.
Elle is working through rental insurance but even with that, she’s going to need all the help she can get.
Many of you have asked me to start a GoFundMe page for her.. so here it is :-)
Thank you so much for many of you who are already ready to help out. Ms. Elle is touched and is very, very appreciative.
I've put a goal for us, just as a reference. The important thing here of course, is helping Ms. Elle through these tough times, big or small. Feel free to add your name, or remain anonymous.
We may still do a goods drive later, once Ms. Elle hears back from insurance.
