Supporting Mike Emanuel After Car Accident

Mike Emanuel has always been very much a family man - engaged to be married to his fiance, Kristi, in April 2020 and a father to his beautiful 8 year old daughter, Sophia. Tragedy struck this family of 3 on Monday 12/09/19 when he was struck by a drunk driver while pumping gas in Plains Township. Mike was taken from the scene to General Hospital where it was confirmed that he would require his lower left leg to be amputated after sustaining serious injuries. Let's join together as friends, family and a community to help this family in their time of need.
With such a life changing event taking place, Mike will certainly be out of work for some time to come and Kristi will be out of work to care for Mike, but the family will still need the finances to support their family and home. In addition to missing time from work, we have the upcoming Holiday season and the couple's wedding that is still scheduled for April 2020.
Any provisions that can be donated to this family during this time would be sincerely appreciated as they begin down the long road to recovery that lies ahead.
As another opportunity, the couple's family and friends will be arranging for a Benefit Dinner to held after the new year to further assist Mike, Kristi and Sophia.

Spaghetti Dinner has been scheduled for Saturday February 22, 2020 at 6:00PM at the family's church - St Peter and Paul Church (13 Hudson Road Wilkes-Barre/Plains PA 18705). The cost to enter will be $10.00/person. There will also be a Basket Raffle during this dinner to further support the family.
