Supporting Cancer Survivors and their families

Hi, my name is Helen Forristal and I am Director of Nursing at the Marie Keating Foundation. I have looked after patients and their families with cancer for many years now and I am passionate about helping people with cancer and those who have survived cancer and are living with incurable cancer to live their best lives. There is nothing like being in nature and the Camino sure does that! Some lovely walks, some supportive mindfulness by a trained Systemic Psychotherapist and I will be by their sides to support them every step of the way. I can't wait to be with these ladies.. living their best lives on the Camino.
