Folks are asking how they can support the Northport Leg Lamp Lighting, so we made this GoFundMe. Thank you so much for your support!!!

This is an ALL COMMUNITY, homespun event! We are beyond grateful to now be its steward and thank all who feed this rich tradition . The Village of Northport is the best!!! We are so excited to once again feature The Northport Tigerettes, The Posey School of Dance, and the Community Playhouse of Northport which helps us organize everything!

The Northport Shipwreck Diner is warming up the cocoa. We can’t wait to welcome home The Lau Family, who has made local reservations just for the occasion. The Drama Kings say they’ll play. Shops are staying open late and we have VERY special surprises in store…

This will be AMAZING!!!

Even with generous homegrown talent that basically acts as a sponsor, it costs a baseline of $4500 to light up our village and make sure everyone can hear! All Leg Lamp Fund donations go toward A/V and other event considerations. Anything raised above event costs goes toward future lightings, sponsorship of The Community Playhouse of Northport, and other local arts and artists.
