Ecstatic to announce the Oberlin College capstone film THEY WANT MY SOUL, a short horror/music film about art, personality, anxiety, and the struggle to stay afloat in a world and industry that hammers at all three.

"Simon, a folk musician nearing the end of his first label contract, is struggling to find an audience, and the band he used to open for keeps taking the only slot in a prestigious music festival. When his agent approaches him with a plan to take it back, Simon accidentally tips off the other band, setting a dark spiral of obsession and jealousy in motion."

Funding will go to set design, equipment, makeup and effects (all practical!) and food for cast and crew on set!

Some additional perks for big donors:

Shooting begins in February, and we're so excited to bring this project to life.
