Support the Porters living in Mountains,Pakistan

We know every one all over the world are greatly affected due to the COVID19, however, some are in dire need of help. Pakistan Mountain community, such as high altitude guides, mountain guides, porters, cook and helpers mostly rely on tourism, due to COVID19, the tourism sector badly hit and left hundreds of people unemployed across the mountains of Pakistan. The mountain communities are suffering badly , there is no alternative source of income, carrying the heavy loads, working as a porter with foreign expeditions, trekking groups, the high mountain people make their living, during spring and summer seasons, the hard-earned money is used to buy food items and stock for the winters, within this income. The people of high mountain community related to tourism, live through the winters and feed their families, educate their children and cover a medical emergency, when the winter arrives, roads in many villages are blocked due to heavy snowfall, extreme winter conditions, imagine they have no food, how would one feel, how a kid would feel. In many houses, only one or two family members are the only bread earner for the entire family having no job of tourism, the families are going to suffer a lot.

Ms. Samina Baig and Mr. Mirza Ali the climbing duo, to celebrate their historical 1st anniversary being the first brother & sister to complete the climbing of seven summits. Seven highest Mountains in Seven continents, the siblings are raising funds for the people working in the tourism and are unemployed in the mountains of Pakistan, high altitude guides, guides, cook, and porters, who always stood and walked with you during your trips and adventures in the mountains of Pakistan.

The Fund raised will be distributed through the proper channel, the neediest will be served first and will follow accordingly, keeping the transparency, providing them Cash and through providing food items to 700 families for 7 months.
This fundraising campaign will contribute greatly by covering food for the High Altitude Guides, Mountain Guides, Cooks and porters, for five to six months, covering the winter seasons.
