Support the Mosely Family fight Cancer

Hi thanks for reading our story, I was diagnosed in December 2018 with Neoendocine Stomach Tumours then a few weeks later incredibly my husband was diagnosed with a more serious throat cancer ( Head an Neck cancer)
My cancer fortunately is being controlled with minor endoscopy treatments and I will need constant checks and monitoring, diet changes and drugs for the rest of my life. I only wish it was that simple for my husband whose treatment will not be so straight forward as he will be receiving weeks of radiation every day and every week he will need chemotherapy. The treatment in the Drs terms will be a rough ride ! He will be fitted with a stomach feeding peg which is just one of the challenges he will be facing because of this he will not be able to eat ( Radiation to the throat can be very painful as each treatment is done)
Head an Neck cancer is up 31% the Drs said, the average age they are seeing this is in people is in there 50s. It usually has spread to the lymph glands which then is the first initial symptom which my husband had, he then had a biopsy that then confirmed the cancer had spread to the lymph glands .
You can imagine one person being diagnosed with having cancer but two parents in the same family is overload and has broken us.
Our income has dropped off as we’re both self employed, on zero contract hours, my husband is no longer working as a SEN teacher so our income has now become a real issue, he has been told it’s going to take at least 6 months minimum after treatment to go back to work. Any money raised will really help us out as there are costs of travel to and from hospital and the daily costs of living. We have a big family 5 sons this meant we have no savings we looked at insurance for loss of earnings but the cost was to much for us to afford. Neither of us get sick pay and only a few organisations will help with our debts but not much. My husband has worked since 16 paid taxes never claimed a penny and is distraught about asking for help I myself have had to slow down and we face hardship like we’ve never had before. My husband over his life time has served his country including emergency services and volunteered for ADAS and Victim support - please however small help us.
Any donation is gladly welcomed! We are the people who usually help others out . A friend persuaded me to write this post an go ask for help this is difficult decision to have taken but even if people are going to be made aware of Head an Neck cancer that’s a good thing an it can happen to two people living together at same time ! We have been told this is not the normal .
Again  thanks for reading our story ❤️
