Support the Lepore Family

An Unspeakable Tragedy
On the morning of February 4, Ben Lepore suffered a serious fall at work and sustained critical, life-threatening injuries. Even with the fast response of the paramedics and the courageous effort of a co-worker, there was nothing that could be done. Ben passed suddenly and tragically.

Stephanie, his loving wife of 11 years, is devastated, grief-stricken, and trying to wrap her mind around what it means to be a widow and a single mom of four young children. She’s surrounded by her caring church family and lifted up in prayer by all those mourning alongside her.

Ben’s Legacy
Ben’s deep love for God was evident in the way he lived his life. Whether he was volunteering countless hours to help those in need or blessing friends with thoughtful gifts, he was a true servant with a heart for people. He shared his faith in so many beautiful, impactful ways — from behind the piano during worship services; as an energetic, encouraging leader within the Grace Kids ministry team; and through his passion for helping people learn about and grow closer to God through His word.

A devoted husband and loving father, Ben invested so much into his family of six. He coached his boys Elijah and Ezra in soccer and tee-ball, and supported them as Boy Scouts. He was always doting on their twin toddlers — Ezekiel and Elizabeth — who he and Stephanie welcomed into their family in 2018. Together, he and Stephanie managed The Ben Franklin Park in York where he grew their third-generation family business through hard work and top-notch service.

Ben was also an avid sports fan. Whether he was cheering on Penn State from Beaver Stadium or donning a cheese head for the Green Bay Packers, he wasn’t shy about supporting his teams. And he was a proud West York Bulldog through and through.

How You Can Help
As Stephanie works to pick up the pieces and regain some semblance of normal, you can be a blessing. You can help provide her with a little room to breathe by lifting the steep financial burden that accompanies such a profound loss.

Every dollar makes a difference. Your support will help replace the lost income that Ben provided through his job. It covers daily expenses like diapers, food, clothing and medical bills. It will help Stephanie make the mortgage payment, and help her stay home with the twins until they’re ready for Kindergarten. Your gift will truly make a significant difference for these five special people.

Your generosity and continued prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
