Support the Hampi Chariot Parade: Karneval der Kulturen

On June 8th, we will proudly present a grand cultural parade in Germany, showcasing a replica of the iconic Hampi Stone Chariot – a timeless symbol of the majestic Vijayanagara Empire. Accompanying the chariot will be vibrant Huli Vesha performers, street art, rhythmic drums, Kolata, and traditional folk dances, all celebrating the rich and diverse heritage of Karnataka.

This event is more than a celebration—it's a moment of immense pride for Kannadigas living in Germany, as our cultural brilliance will be witnessed by over a million visitors from more than 100 nationalities. It's our chance to share the artistic and architectural marvels of Karnataka with the world.

To bring this vision to life, we need your generous support. Your contributions will help us:

• Build a replica model of the Hampi Chariot

• Procure traditional costumes and musical instruments

• Organize and execute vibrant cultural performances

The total cost of the project is estimated to be 6,000€. A portion of this has been supported by Berlin Kannada Balaga e.V. and other sponsors through initial donations. Now, we are calling on our Kannadiga community to join hands and support this dream.
