COVID-19 Face Shields For Our Front Line Workers

Hi all, Welcome to my fundraiser, Firstly my name is Lee and I'm 31 from Buxworth in Derbyshire,  I started printing these headbands for face shields a few weeks back and they are now being used in hospitals/nursing homes over the country. I have stared to get more requests for them and I'm producing as fast as I can, I'm asking for some help to help me supply the materials required to produce these for our front line workers. I have 3 machines working around the clock pushing out as many as I possibly can, but the lack of materials is bottlenecking me. The asking amount Is enough for 15 rolls of  PLA (500 headbands and 500 Acetate sheets) and nossels to print,  aswell as other ware on the machines, I can keep printing and helping as long as I have the materials and my machines are kept maintained.  I can get around 50 visors from a roll of PLA and have them down to 54 minutes per visor. 1 reel of Filamentive PLA is £30 this is fully recycled and biodegradable so better for our environment. 100 Acetate sheets is £25 for the screen covers Currently I am using my own PLA and upgrade parts which I can't sustain on my own.
