As you may have heard or read in the news, on the evening of Sunday November 22nd 2020, Gahmuti Bertrand, our friend was attacked and severely tortured by unidentified persons at Nkwen in Bamenda, Cameroon. He was found lying unconscious in his own pool of blood and rushed to PMI Nkwen (a hospital) but it was too late to save his life, he later died around 2:30 AM.Our friend died a very painful death.
Bertrand ate and drank with his friends and brother earlier that Sunday, little did he know that he was going to be ruthlessly murdered in cold blood later that evening. As you can imagine, this is one of the most painful loss that any family should have to deal with.
Bertrand was a kind hearted, God fearing, intelligent and hard working person. He was always willing to help friends and strangers a like. He was a mentor, an adviser and someone who made people feel comfortable around him.
Bertrand wore many hats, he was son, a husband, a father, a friend, a god father, a PHD student at the University of Bamenda and former student of University of Dschang and GHS Balikumbat. Bertrand was also a leader in school and in his community and was serving as the Secretary General of MUSCA before his demise. He had great plans for his family and was ambitiously working toward that until this unfortunate incident.
Bertrand leaves behind a young wife, two children. We know nothing can replace Bertrand to his family but we are asking that you kindly donate to support Bertrand's young wife and the two kids that he leaves behind. All the proceed of this campaign will go support Bertrand's family
