If you know Stuart & Michelle Matthews, you will know that they are kind, selfless and would go above & beyond to help anyone.

Michelle has recently undergone aggressive cancer treatment and is still in recovery, showing immense courage throughout her treatment journey. The journey was undoubtedly difficult, not just physically but emotionally. Through it all, her loving husband, Stuart, stood by her side, providing unwavering support and care every step of the way.

However, just as they were beginning to see a glimpse of hope and normality, another trial has come their way. Stuart has been informed that he requires critical surgery on a growing aneurysm. This unexpected turn of events means he must once again put his livelihood on hold to prioritise his health and well-being, as it is confirmed to be a lengthy road to recovery.

Your contributions will go directly towards easing the financial strain, due to their loss of earnings and other unforeseen costs associated with their health battles. Your generosity will provide them with the peace of mind they deserve.

To help with our fundraising efforts, on the 11th of May 2024, Stuart’s friend, Gavin will test his physical and mental strength by completing a running challenge which will show him run 5 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours!
