Support Stephanie's Kids After Her Sudden Loss

Hi everyone! I’m Sarah, one of Stephanie’s friends and old co worker from Children’s Hospital. As many of you know Stephanie left this world WAY too soon. She passed away unexpectedly on the evening of Thursday July 11th in her home. They are saying it was a massive heart attack at the age of only 43. My heart is just broken and broken for her amazing family. There will not be a service so I reached out to her family to see if we could do a go fund me for those who wanted to help and they loved the idea. She leaves behind her three caring, loving and strong kids. Cristian aka chili bean (17) , Brianna aka jelly bean (19) and Mikey aka wax bean (25). We know Steph loved using nicknames for her kids! :) There they are incase you didn’t know them. ❤️ As we all know these kids were her WORLD and her rock! I’ve never met someone as strong as Steph! She has raised the most caring, loving and respectful kids I have ever met!

Some may have not realized how much this family has been through over the last couple years. In 2021 they found out Cristian had a large brain tumor. From this tumor pressing on his optic nerve, Cristian is blind and now left without his mother who fought for him non stop. When Cristian was diagnosed it was a blow to her heart but she immediately jumped in with both feet! He has been through radiation, stem cell transplants, chemo, as well as one surgery to remove one of his tumors. She never stopped fighting for him, lots of traveling for second and third opinions ,she kept him strong as well as smiling. She has been his strength, advocate and main reason for fighting. Looking at him you would never know what he’s been through.

Brianna is going to be stepping in to help care for Cristian and she’s hoping to attend some college classes on line while doing so and hopefully still be able to work some hours. Her and Mikey are already amazing siblings and helping out and this is exactly what Steph would have wanted.

We all know how Steph would do this for us, so let’s please try to help out her kids! Her contagious smile, laugh, love , laughter, warm heart and hugs will be missed by all!
