Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Admiral RC Waller, supported by the Sooke Branch of the Navy League of Canada in partnership with the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces, provides Sooke kids from ages 12 to 18 with a challenging and rewarding training program, including leadership, seamanship, a PADI open-water dive program, and much more.
