Support Sarah's fight with MS

In September 2008, at age 20, Sarah was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She has fought through multiple relapses in that time, but hasn't let it stop her in her fight to keep living the life she has set out to live.
Unable to complete her college degree after her diagnosis, she put her musical education and passion for teaching to good use opening her own vocal studio, Sing Studios. Since starting this studio she has helped countless kids and adults pursue their passion for music. She gives back to her students and the community in a great big way.
Sarah didn't let MS stop her in her most important dream either, being a Mom. Sarah and her husband, Mark, have 3 beautiful kids: Grace (4), Emma (2) and Michael (1). She has been a true example of a mother's strength as she battles MS but refuses to let it rob her of her ability to have fun, teach and play with her kids.
MS hasn't stopped her, but it has slowed her down. She experiences chronic pain, fatigue, vision loss, trouble with memory and sometimes is limited in mobility requiring cane/walker/wheelchair when attacks are severe. One of the symptoms she struggles with daily is foot drop of her right leg. She describes the leg as having constant pain and feeling heavy. Thanks to the miracle of science, there is a device called Bioness which is an electrical stimulator which assists her in picking up her leg. She told me "it feels as though I drag a 50 pound weight everyday and when I put that on, it feels like somebody just cut the string!" She can climb stairs, she can run!!! This can be life changing for a Mom with three busy little ones.
But, of course, these things aren't cheap. We need your help. Please help us raise $6,000 to help pay for the Bioness equipment.
