Support Robbins Family After Devastating Loss

Hi, my name is Cristian. I am fundraising to support the Robbins family after the tragic loss of Matthew Robbins. Matthew, a 17-year-old student at R.E. Mountain Secondary School, was the lone driver and victim of a fatal single-car accident.

Matthew was known for a smile so genuine, you couldn't forget it. He was a friend to anyone he met and was adored by many for his kind heart being an inspiration to all. He always brought joy and laughter to every room he entered and was always looking out for everyone's best interests. He loved to play guitar so much so that his fingers were blistered. His laugh was more contagious than the common cold.

Many have fond memories of Matthew. The news has devasted the community, friends, and more than anything family. Nothing can compare to the loss of a child, especially so young. Every parent's worst nightmare is to lose their child and for the Robbins family, this nightmare came true.

The news was broken to the family early morning Wednesday, November 10th. His family was informed that their son would not be able to come home, as he had been involved in an accident. Matthew had lost control of the vehicle, the vehicle proceeded through a barrier, across a ravine, colliding with a tree. The details of the crash are still being investigated by the local authorities.

Any proceeds that are raised will be going towards funeral/memorial costs as well as any other related expenses to support a family with the loss of Matthew Robbins.
