Support Renee's Fight

My friend and colleague Renee Boehler thought she had cancer beat, but today she is facing that challenge for the 3rd time. Renee is having surgery on Nov. 14th. Along with high medical debt that continues to accrue, she will also be off work for over a month (and longer depending on what is found during surgery).

Renee and Todd are parents to two engaging and active children Aiden and Kylee. She is a beloved teacher at College Community Schools in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Our Olweus Bullying Prevention Program friends will know Renee for her work across the state of Iowa in bullying prevention and for originating that effort in College Community Schools. 

Renee has shown courage, humility, and strength as she faced all that cancer has placed in her path.  

The stress of the mountain of medical debt is weighing heavy on Renee. We want her to focus on her health and not her finances and we need your help. Any help is much appreciated.  All funds raised will go toward medical bills to help lessen the stress on Renee and allow her to focus on her recovery.
