Support Patrick’s Fight
Donation protected
Patrick and his family have been fighting an Oglioastrocytoma brain tumor for the past ten years. The most recent diagnosis came in October of 2018, this re-diagnosis shook their young family.
Since October Patrick has had a seizure, three ambulance rides, countless trips to Rochester, MN and back, days of hospitalizations, radiation therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and four different types of chemotherapy. This diagnosis also was determined non surgical so they were very hopeful all of these treatments would work to shrink the tumor and better his quality of life. Just a few symptoms of these treatments have been memory loss, coordination issues, hair loss, and fatigue, all rendering Patrick unable to work. This has put much stress on their family as you know they are also raising a two year old daughter at this time.
Thankfully all the treatments, doctors, support, and prayers have worked and Patrick was recently diagnosed cancer free! However, as you can assume, cancer is not cheap. Patrick will undergo many more chemo treatments and checkups the rest of 2019, and most likely 2020 also.
They are a wonderful young family who has beat cancer while raising their daughter, and anything will help to ease the financial strain cancer has put on them.
Thank you and and we love you all!
