PAM MOORE’S RACE AGAINST BREAST CANCER
Donation protected
Pam has recently undergone surgery for stage 2 breast cancer, and we know that her determination will shine through as she heads to the home stretch to beat this nasty foe.
Things happened quickly for Pam, and within 2 weeks of being diagnosed, she was under the careful care of her surgeon in an operation that lasted 4 hours to remove the cancerous tumor and remove three lymph nodes for further testing. She will be undergoing treatments over the next few months, and knowing how strong willed she is, she will be right as rain in no time.
For countless years Pam has shared her love for horses with all around her, and this is evident in the care and time she commits to her four hoofed friends. If you talk to Pam about anyone of her horses, she responds with a gentleness and compassion only paralleled with a mother loving a child.
The “horse world” is a community second to none when it comes to uniting for a friend, competitor, or fan. It is at times like this that we need to lean alittle heavier, help a friend get through, help a friend come out on top; there is no room for second place.
