Hi, my name is Owen Parrish and I am four years old. I know all my letters and how to add and subtract basic numbers. I get my math skills from my Dad and my cute face from my Mom. I love all super heroes, ninja turtles, and baseball. I am a switch hitter and I can already hit off a pitch. Running, riding my bike and scooter and pushing my physical limits are my favorite things!

Tuesday April 16th, 2019 – My sister and I decided to make a bad decision. We were home with a sitter and playing in our parent’s room. The neighbor kids were in their back yard having fun and we wanted to see what they were doing. We opened the curtains, the blinds, and the window. Then we went and found something to climb on the window sill with. My sister was against the glass, but I was leaning against the screen. It broke. I feel from my parents second story window. I fell on the cement below. I was so scared.

An angel stopped my fall… I was very lucky. I have a concussion, a broken rib, broken jaw and a broken templar bone that is affecting my hearing. We have many tests and doctors’ appointments coming… these will tell us if I have permeant damages moving forward.

I am so grateful to all the people that have helped me and my parents. We have learned a big lesson as a family!
