Hi Onyx Community,
Recently everyone's lives have been turned upside down with the recent events of COVID-19 and the economic ramifications. For those of you who are unaware, our local rink, the Onyx in Rochester, was forced to make some difficult decisions regarding personnel and laid off several employees. All of these employees make our hockey experience possible every week with administrative, maintenance, and score-keeping. The hockey community has always been a tight-knit community that supports each other through difficult times.
Understandably, everyone is being impacted by this crisis but if you can spare even $10 dollars to help our local rink employees weather this storm it would mean the world.
Let's lend a hand where we can and show why the hockey community is the best in the world!
