For every week while these social distancing protocols remain in place we will run a fun and novel fitness challenge on our social media platforms that anyone of any ability can take part in.
In order to take part you must donate to the cause with a minimum of €5
At the end of the week who ever has the highest score will get a voucher for a local business to the value of the money donated that week.
The more donations we receive the more we can help a small local business which closed in order to stem the spread of Covid-19
When we get through this, we all want our local pubs, cafe's, restaurants, hotels, hairdressers and more to be there and this is how we can help.
