Nikolina Sinđelić, a student at the Faculty of Political Sciences, has bravely come forward with horrifying allegations of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of the commander of the Police Unit for the Protection of Special Persons and Facilities (JZO), Lieutenant Colonel Marko Kričak. The incident occurred during her arrest following an anti-government protest in Belgrade. She alleges that Kričak aggressively slapped her, pressed her head against a wall, and threatened to strip and rape her in public.

This tyrannical mistreatment took place in a government garage, where she and other students were forced to lie on the ground in shackles as if they were criminals. Their belongings were thrown on the floor, phones were destroyed, and her camera - used to document peaceful protest - was confiscated.

Beyond the physical abuse, Nikolina has also launched a criminal complaint against Dijana Hrkalović, former MUP state secretary, for revenge porn - amid suspicions that she distributed private, intimate photos of Nikolina on social media.

To build her case, Nikolina has undergone - and continues to undergo - forensic medical examinations to document her physical injuries (such as visible bruises on her legs and head) and psychological state, as part of the evidence packet her legal team will file.
