Support Myllie's ACL Surgery and Recovery

Hi my name is Eryn and I am the auntie to Ms. Myllie the beautiful and sweet loveable black German Shepard you see here. Myllie is one amazing and sweet girl. Her favorite things to do are: get treats, go to the field to run and play fetch, keep an eye on her kitty sisters to ensure they are ok and spend time with her mom.

Myllie has gone through a ton of training to work through some behaviors that happened prior to coming to my aunts house. However my aunt, a single mom, paid it work because Myllie is part of her family.

Within the past year, my aunt has paid for her oldest cat to undergo several medical procedures, pay for her daughters jaw surgery and had to pay for her car to get extensive work done. My aunt has significant back issues and Rheumatoid Arthritis . She lost three very close people to her and she is still working through that grief daily. She is an amazing person who always helps others without a second thought. She also is someone who would never want to ask for help. So here I am on her behalf.

Myllie also has early onset Arthritis, still she loves going out to play catch, zooming up and down the stairs to check with human visitors for treats or on the kitty's upstairs. Right now she can not do much of anything. She was taken to the vet and was told her has torn her ACL. My aunt who does not have the funds is planning to try to cover the costs. Thing is this will cause her huge debt and add to the mountain of stress she is working through. She is still trying to deal with previous medical expenses and this one was very unexpected. Her daughter is a high school senior and she is an only child. Of course my aunt wants to plan something special for her. I am sure all of us can understand, in life it seems expense after expense...hiccup after hiccup...I just want to try to help my aunt and Myllie here. They both truly deserve it.

Myllie is a dog that several may have said "to much work" "to expensive" "cramps our living arrangements" "to scary sounding/looking" "to much past trauma" but my aunt never said any of that. Much like she has been for me and everyone else, she came through for Myllie. She never gave up on her. She is not going to give up on her now. I am just asking for some help so that my aunt can still swim and not sink in the pool of animal expenses.
