Seeking Support for my Family Due to Wage Theft

Despite the exploitation and everything we have been through living abroad this past year, we are hopeful about our family's opportunity to relocate back to Beijing at the end of July.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to give you an update on my ongoing efforts to secure my wages. With the assistance of some wonderful colleagues who initiated the process, I am taking steps to file a formal complaint against AISVN to claim the wages, housing, and other benefits promised to me in my contract, totaling approximately $27,000.

Stephon and I have managed to secure part-time jobs that are fully remote. However, we won't receive any income from these until at least the end of June. Currently, our main challenges include covering rent for May and June, along with essential bills such as electricity and water.

Fortunately, an amazing friend has generously raised the funds for our dog Dora's euthanasia and has directly paid our vet here. We are grateful that we can say goodbye to Dora peacefully before leaving Vietnam.
