Our Beloved Ms. Amanda Cates - A Helping Hand for Her Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear Ms. Amanda, our wonderful school secretary. For the past four and a half years, she bravely battled cancer with incredible strength and grace. She was a ray of sunshine in our school community, always greeting everyone with a warm smile and a helping hand. Her dedication to our students, staff, and families was unwavering, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory are her four dear children, two of whom are young students. As the family navigates this incredibly difficult time, they face significant financial burdens, including funeral expenses and outstanding medical bills. We want to rally together as a community to offer our support and ease some of this pressure.

In addition to these immediate needs, we also want to ensure that Amanda's young children have opportunities for joy and support during the upcoming summer. Our goal is to raise funds to send them to summer camps, providing them with a chance to connect with peers, engage in fun activities, and build positive memories as their family works to establish a strong support system and move forward.
